Established in 1980, our company has gained a vast amount of experience on building refurbishments and property renovations in Liverpool due to the successful completion of a variety of projects in the building industry. We have a good working relationship with all our suppliers and sub-contractors and we believe because of this understanding, we can achieve the highest possible standard for the benefit of our clients.

We not only cover Liverpool but the whole of the North West of England & North Wales. We have completed contracts that include, apartments, a town hall refurbishment complete with a new passenger lift installation, a full refurbishment to a housing association's main office building, a new library for a city council, major refurbishment to a number of homes and vast amounts of social housing projects to list a few.

We have a highly qualified management team ensuring that all contracts are finished on time and to the highest standard. We carry between 15-25 tradesmen and a high number of specialist sub-contractors together with our in-house experienced site agents. With Health and Safety being a major issue in today’s industry, we have for many years employed an independent risk management company who provide relevant, practical health, safety and environmental advice and support to our organisation.

The value of our past contracts range from £45,000 - 1.5 million. We act as Main Contractor priding ourselves on providing a first class service, which can only be achieved with first class resources and we are great believers in customer service and participation. The majority of our business is captured through word of mouth and past clients, some whom have used us for over 15 years. LJBC primarily have developed projects as a Main Contractor specialising in a wide range of domestic and commercial refurbishments, whilst acting as principal contractor.

These contracts include: the refurbishment and renovation of existing buildings and covers a range from luxury apartments, homes, industrial units and luxury multi-bedroom detached properties.
